I have always been a coach. For as long as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed making time to listen to what people were going through, and holding space for them as their solutions became clear. Becoming certified in the coaching field just made sense. It has afforded me the opportunity to work with intelligent professionals who are powerhouses in their careers, but are desperate for “better” personal lives. My journey to “better” began with a desire to heal from the complex emotions tied to a life of caregiving, betrayal, and public humiliation while seeking a path toward independence, confidence, and fulfillment. And what a journey it has been! The guidance, support, and practical tools I used to transition from confusion, turmoil, and devastation to healing, empowerment, and purpose, have provided me with the wisdom to teach others how to craft a unique, customized “better” for themselves.

My diverse professional background includes public speaking, writing and editing copy, education and mentorship, advocacy for homeless families, entrepreneurship, and earning an M.A. in Communication, Media, and Theater. My personal journey includes 35 years as a caregiver, six of which include caring for a former spouse battling PTSD and severe mental illness, and a tumultuous 16-year marriage that ended in a public and unusually punishing divorce. I have also had the privilege of pouring love, humor, and guidance into the lives of several children, and eventually experiencing the joy of having my own. Now, a divorced mother of two, I have faced relentless online attacks as well as the weaponization of law enforcement and the judicial system. However, my faith and small “village” allowed me to stand firm, emerging with strength and my dignity intact. My mission is to guide women navigating separation, divorce, or significant life changes toward healing, confidence, financial independence, and renewed purpose.

I am an impactful coach, having honed a wide range of skills that allow me to connect with and inspire others. My entrepreneurial spirit drives me to create solutions, embrace challenges, and help others turn their visions into reality. I am committed to helping women rediscover their worth, reclaim their identity, and achieve their personal goals while supporting the overall wellbeing of their children. Because I am a firm believer that God is not a respecter of persons, I am confident that the work He has done (and continues!) in me is available to all who are open to seek it, and thrive.
